European Elegance, Local Roots

From the very beginning, this project had something unique: the clients lived in London, and the construction took place almost entirely at a distance. Thanks to thorough preparation and seamless communication, they rarely needed to travel. The London-based designer visited three times, while the rest of the exchanges happened remotely — without stress, without friction. Everything unfolded smoothly, like clockwork. For us, it stands as a model project — proof that building abroad can be done with trust.

The interior architecture was designed by a Québec-based designer, in collaboration with their personal designer from London. The result is a perfect balance of modernity, comfort, and subtle European touches. The centerpiece? The central living room, with its soaring ceiling, grand fireplace, and abundant natural light. Upstairs, the hallways carry a hushed, almost London-like atmosphere — soft carpets, carefully chosen materials, and filtered light.

This was more than a renovation: the house was expanded, its volumes reimagined to better suit their lifestyle. Even though the landscaping was not part of our mandate, the overall layout, its relationship to the land, and the quality of execution make this property perfectly integrated into the Tremblant landscape.
