Founded by Yves Rondeau, a seasoned craftsman with over 30 years of experience, the company grew alongside his son Antoine, who shares the same passion. Together, they built more than just homes — they established a culture of precision, respect for craftsmanship, and a deep commitment to quality.

Antoine began as a carpenter-joiner in 2009, gradually working his way through every level of the family business. Today, as CEO of Construction Rondeau et Fils, he oversees operations, client follow-ups, and technical matters with passion and precision.

Laurence Rondeau

Antoine’s older sister, Laurence joined the family business in 2015 to help structure and support its growth. Today, she oversees accounting and administration with a rigorous and human approach, true to the values of Construction Rondeau et Fils.
