For years, the owner dreamed of the perfect place. He found it here — a rare stretch of land, cradled by the waters of the lake, in a tranquil corner of the Laurentians. From the very beginning, this is where the house was meant to stand. Designed hand in hand with his architectural technologist, every line, every opening draws its inspiration from the landscape. The home belongs so naturally to its surroundings, it feels as though it has always been part of them.

Imagined as both a retreat and an intergenerational refuge, the chalet was created to gather family together. Two wings shape its structure: one for the living spaces and master suite, the other for guest rooms and a mezzanine. At the center, the hearth unites them all.

Here, luxury is expressed through simplicity. Pure lines, a pared-back landscape, and nature’s essentials — wood, water, light. It is a place to slow down, to paddle, to read, to simply breathe.
